Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost or Damaged Packages if after 30 days a package is lost, We will replace the customer’s helmet in like kind and quality or monetary value. Given that subsequent investigation must have been carried out.

If your package is deemed lost or damaged during transit, we may initially investigate the matter for you to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable, however, we are NOT liable for any packages that are deemed stolen at the point of delivery .
